Create a word search containing terms that relate to your facility, and so forth. Rollout a word game a day during Activity Professionals Week. Give the winner of each a prize, such as a “Creative Minds, Caring Hearts” T-Shirt. At the end of the week,hold an appreciation luncheon for the activity department.
